About the South Jersey Apple Users Group

The South Jersey Apple Users Group supports all Apple computers, from the "Legacy" Macs to the most recent models and also other Apple devices. We are a group of approximately 60 professional and casual users who meet each month to share information, tips, how-to’s, news or just about anything related to this rapidly evolving, exciting technocentric world.

SJAUG meets at Medford Leas in the Arts and Social Wing at Medford Leas, One Medford Way, Medford, NJ.

All are welcome to attend to see what we offer before you decide to join. We start our meetings with general announcements, a brief business meeting, Question and Answer period, then the main presentation follows. Prior to the main meeting, the monthly board meeting is held. All members are welcome to attend the board meetings.

Every month at our meetings, (with the exception of our annual summer picnic) we review the latest news and developments pertinent to Apple and our members. Main presentations are relevant to Mac software, hardware and "How-To's" on various topics. Members are encouraged to request what they would like to see in the presentations. There is always a question and answer period at each meeting. Bring your questions; share your experiences!

All members receive our monthly PDF newsletter, the Candy Apple delivered by email. Discounted software and hardware offers from vendors to user group members are announced when they become available.

Another benefit of being an SJAUG member is the opportunity of taking part in Special Interest Groups. These are smaller, more topic-specific groups which can focus on almost anything, as long as it is computer oriented,
(i.e. new users, photography, databases, genealogy, hardware maintenance–whatever!) SIGs are held at times and places agreed upon by the SIG group’s members.

If you have a topic that would be good for a SIG, why not start one? A few interested Mac Users is all it takes to get it going. Come to a SJAUG meeting and start something!
